Orders & Shipping
Where do you ship to? We currently ship within the United Arab Emirates only. All orders are dispatched from Dubai.
How long does delivery take? Standard delivery within the UAE takes 5–8 business days. Express delivery options may be available at checkout.
How can I track my order? Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can also track your order from your account page.
Products
Which iPhone models are your cases compatible with? Our cases are designed for the latest iPhone models. Each product listing specifies compatible models — please check before purchasing.
Are your cases wireless charging compatible? Yes! All ApexCases products support wireless (Qi) charging without needing to remove the case.
Do your cases offer drop protection? Most of our cases offer military-grade drop protection (MIL-STD-810G). Check individual product descriptions for specific protection ratings.
Are the leather cases made from genuine leather? Yes, our Royal Leather case is crafted from genuine Italian full-grain leather that develops a beautiful patina over time.
Payments
What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as other payment methods available at checkout.
Is my payment information secure? Absolutely. All transactions are encrypted and processed securely.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy? We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. Please contact us at apexcasesuae@gmail.com to initiate a return.
How long does a refund take? Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Please note that delivery charges are non-refundable.
