Shipping Destination We currently ship within the United Arab Emirates only.

Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Time Standard delivery within the UAE takes 5–8 business days depending on your emirate. Orders to Dubai and Abu Dhabi are typically delivered faster.

Shipping Charges Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

Order Tracking Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your delivery.

Damaged or Lost Shipments If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at apexcasesuae@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We'll work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
